My path into psychotherapy has been shaped by both formal training and by my own life experiences. This has given me a deep compassion for the struggles people face and the qualities that could be found in adversity

Recognising neurodiversity and the unique way we each meet the world has enabled me to have a far better understanding of how important it is for us as individuals to find a sense of purpose and meaning.

I believe that through finding this sense of reconciliation within ourselves we become able to move forward in our lives, in our finding connection with others and the wider community.
